HIRING IMMEDIATELY! FULL TIME HOUSE CLEANERS NEEDED!
We offer high pay, a family-friendly work schedule and a great work environment! What else makes Molly Maid great?
- Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends!
- Paid Weekly!
- Company cars--always! We pay for all gas, insurance, etc...
- We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies! You pay for nothing!
- Flexible Schedules—you can choose to work between 32 and 40 hours per week. Overtime is also available upon request. Tell us about your desired schedule during the interview. We can be very flexible!
- Paid training--$14.50/hr
- 401(k) with 5% matching contribution
- Paid Holidays, including paid time off for your birthday!
- PTO available at 6 months
We don’t play games with your money!
$550-$800/week +tips! No Games. You drive our cars, we provide all insurance, equipment and supplies! This means your paycheck is 100% what you earn, not reimbursement for mileage, gas, supplies, etc…you don’t have to pay to work here!
- Our average partner wage is $15/hr but we guarantee that no partner will make less than $14.50/hr.
- Our average Team Leader wage is $17/hr but we guarantee that no Team Leader will make less than $16/hr.
- No games with wages! This isn’t for “time in house”, “cleaning hours”, reimbursement, etc….This is the rate or every hour you are at work!
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (for Team Leaders)
- Must have clean criminal background and legally be able to work in the United States.
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
