As a Hotel & Villa Relations Associate, your primary job responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring performance of existing hotel and villa partnerships
  • Helping the Hotel & Villa Team through various channels to improve and maintain the quality of the company's hotel and villa programs, including rates, commissions, and amenities
  • Proactive engagement with hotel and villa partners
  • Assisting key internal departments with the company's hotel and villa programs
  • Supporting the FROSCH advisory community
  • Creating content to positively influence the portfolio's performance

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
  • High level of commercial acumen, and an analytical and commercial mindset
  • At least two years of experience within luxury travel
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced team, balancing a busy workload, multiple projects, and hotelier meetings
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and an innate ability to engage people
  • Attention to detail and exemplary follow-up
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and quick adoption of new databases and systems
  • GDS proficiency in Sabre preferred
