A room attendant’s main responsibility is to provide clean and comfortable guest rooms in line with company standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service.

GENERAL OPERATIONS:

1.No Service–If a guest requests that a room attendant not clean his/her room on a given day, report this to your Supervisor, who will notify the front desk.
