Job Title: Hotel General Manager in Champaign, Illinois
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Hotel General Manager to oversee operations at our full-service hotel in Champaign, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage (F&B), previous Hotel GM experience, and familiarity with OPERA Property Management System (PMS).
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary ($95,000-$105,000) with quarterly bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Oversee payroll management and staffing levels to optimize labor costs.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements for enhanced guest satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong F&B experience with knowledge of culinary trends and menu planning.
- Previous Hotel GM experience, demonstrating effective leadership and operational oversight.
