Hotel Concierge Needed

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

- Have sales ability and knowledge

- Ability to upsell guests and recommend local attractions
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Knowledge of restaurant recommendations and local attractions
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting (Not required but recommended)
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
