```Duties```
- Provide spiritual support and guidance to patients, families, and staff in a hospice care setting.
- Conduct religious services and rituals as requested by patients and families.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to individuals facing end-of-life issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to individuals seeking spiritual growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Deliver public speaking engagements on topics related to spirituality, grief, and end-of-life care.
- Assist in crisis management situations by providing comfort and support.
- Manage conflicts that may arise within the hospice care environment.
- Write and deliver prayers, blessings, and other spiritual readings as appropriate.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities in coordinating spiritual care services within the organization.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
```Requirements```
- Possess a strong understanding of various religious beliefs and practices.
- Have experience working in a hospice care or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in public speaking engagements.
- Ability to provide emotional support and comfort to individuals in distress.
- Skilled in crisis intervention techniques.
- Strong conflict management skills.
