Responsibilities:
- Follow up leads, deliver estimates, and close sales
- Maintain an average 50 percent margin
- Work effectively with staff and customers, to make everyone, thrilled to be working together
- Constantly support and build the brand, the customer base, and sub-contractor network
- Work with staff and customers to iron out details of the projects
- Work with building officials as needed

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of all levels of construction and home renovation.
- Be willing to work, to educate staff, and consumers on details of projects, and create a positive experience to all.
- Be able to complete most home improvements projects.
- Be able to develop and manage crews effectively.
- Be current on local code and regulation.
Experience:
- 15+ plus years of home improvement experience
- 5+ plus years of management experience
- Great customer service skills
