Home Health Travel Nurse Needed In Newport, Vermont

Job Title: Travel Home Health RN

Location: Newport, VT

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with some weekend coverage

Duration: 13 weeks

We are currently seeking a Home Health RN to join our team in Newport, Vermont. The ideal candidate must have OASIS, Home Health, and Hospice experience and must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule. This position requires travel from patient to patient for home visits. Some on-call may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Vermont
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Home Health experience
• OASIS and Hospice experience required
• Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
• Ability to manage and adjust to changes to schedule
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
