Interim Healthcare is seeking self-motivated, dependable, loving and energetic Home Health Aides for in-home assignments located in Roanoke and Salem areas.
Looking for flexible scheduling, weekly pay and a stable career opportunity.
This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. You must have a clean driving record as this shift requires transportation to medical appointments.
Some typical services include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, entertainment, transportation and companionship.
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- PCA/NA/CNA Certificate (from approved training center)
- Six (6) months of home health experience
- Evidence of passing a home health aide written knowledge exam
- Pass state required criminal and abuse background checks
