Your key responsibilities

• Together with the regional SPOC, provide the right level of support on the Application side to deliver and deploy the Taste technologies.
• Connect on a regular basis with local communities to share needs and knowledge.
• Identify future opportunities with the affiliates and commercial teams, turn these opportunities into actionable projects in agreement with SPOC
• Continuously develop and maintain Taste expertise by delivering up to date tools that can be shared internally and with clients 
• With the regional HNC SAL and SPOC, contribute to highlight the category needs for future strategy reviews and alignments, take corrective actions and share, promote and leverage successes.
• Work hands in hands Sales, Application, Creation, Marketing, Collection Management,  Sensory, other dsm-firmenich groups and relevant external partners to achieve the objectives.

You bring 

• Knowledge of the Food, Food supplement or Pharma industry, Food ingredients and Flavors and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• 5+ years relevant experience in Food/ Flavor Product Development with working knowledge of regulations pertaining to dietary supplement manufacturing. Hands-on experience with tableting, capsules, gummy experience required. Technical education in food formulation or flavors
• Proactivity and out of the box thinking.
• Experience in project management, rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to influence others and synthetize information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, autonomous, with strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
