About us
Beacon Home Care is a locally owned home care agency, providing non-medical care needs for the elderly and those with special needs.

We have three different caregiving programs available.

1. Our "standard" caregiver platform is geared toward entry and professional level caregivers looking to provide activity of daily living assistance.
2. Our "legacy" platform is for caregivers that enjoy providing care specifically for clients located in assisted living communities and facilities.
3. Lastly, our "concierge" program pairs clients looking for tailored services with professional caregivers looking for higher pay.

All platforms are geared toward giving all employees the opportunity to be promoted as a caregiver, administrator, or a management role!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, medication reminders, and transporting to doctor's appointments
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client's medical and emotional condition
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being
• Activity of daily living assistance

Requirements

• No experience necessary to apply. We can assist all qualified candidates with licensing requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check for licensing.
• Home Care Aides are licensed caregivers in the State of California. If you are currently working, or have recently worked as a HCA or in Assisted Living, you can easily obtain your license.
• Driver's License (Preferred)
