- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-user workstations and related hardware and software, recommend, implement and document corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
- Assist staff meeting attendees, real time, with technology incidents.
- Perform pre-meeting technology setup/testing of audio, video, display, and conferencing technologies.
- Assess the need for and implement upgrades to PC’s, cellular devices, and A/V equipment.
- Assist with installation, \ configuration and supporting of A/V technology.
- Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC) requests as they are submitted
- Maintain an inventory of end user devices.
- As necessary liaise with third-party support and vendors for PC and A/V equipment.
- Conduct research on desktop products in support of PC procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend products.
- Create / manage user accounts in Microsoft Exchange Online and Masergy Cloud PBX
- Junior college diploma or university degree in the computer field and/or 3 years equivalent work experience
- Certification in field such as COMPTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate a plus.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, listening, and presentation
- Working knowledge of common conferencing services, including Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge of A/V devices – codecs, microphones, speakers, and supporting equipment
