Form of workCare is needed for a 44yo man with ALS. He is mostly wheelchair dependent, but can stand for transfers. Family owns a patient lift that caregiver can be trained on.
Primarily needs assistance with hygiene, feeding, and daily tasks. Family will be in and out. There is a dog in the home, but he'll be locked up.
