This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global People Solutions function made up of a team of experienced Specialists focused on developing and growing our people, our teams, and our company.

The Head of People Solution's mission is to devise and drive key initiatives in the critical areas of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Culture, engagement and global organizational development solutions.

As ResMed continues to grow in line with our 2025 strategy, the team scope may change to reflect emergent priorities and new areas of focus.

As part of this critical role, you will work with:

  • The People Solutions team made up of Specialists in Learning and Development, and Talent Management.
  • Your peers, the Strategic People Business Partners and the Heads of Centres of Expertise including Reward, Talent Acquisition and People Experience.
  • Leaders and their teams across ResMed
  • External providers
  • The Chief People Officer (to whom this role will report)


Let's talk about responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate high-level strategic thinking and leadership capability.
  • Deliver and evaluate key strategic programs, projects and activities in a large and complex global organizations.
  • Critically review existing offerings and assess their effectiveness, alignment to strategy, and return on investment.
  • Uncover data-driven strategies to design better learning experiences and assess program effectiveness.
  • Align, engage, and lead the global People Solution team by developing and growing the team and individuals.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

This role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance, subject to the discretion of company.

Base Pay Range for this position:

$204,000.00 - $306,000.00 USD

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
