Cooper Farms is currently seeking a team member to join our 1st shiftHatch Team in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.05 with the potential of increasing to $16.30 after 90 days
PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses
All training will be provided. Job functions include:
- Cleaning Hatcher Tops and Walls
- Scrubbing out Hatchers
- Cleaning Incubators/Tops of Incubators
