Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Contribute to team goals and meet individual performance targets

Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively educate and explain complex information to customers
- Proficient in public speaking and delivering presentations
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Firearm experience preferred.
