Duties:

- Spray sealer, color and clear topcoats using lacquer and polyurethane materials

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results

- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

- Assist with other tasks related to painting

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a painter or in a related field

- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials

- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects

Skills:

- Experience with paint spray equipment

- Familiarity with paint spraying techniques

- Knowledge of wood finishing methods

- Must be reliable and take pride in their work
