We utilize a combination of paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), organic search / SEO strategy, site design / CRO, and product design to scale user acquisition and maximize retention across the portfolio.
A Growth Marketing Manager at Adly is in charge of overseeing and leveraging our paid media partners, developers, and designers to maximize new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. A Growth Marketing Manager will aggressively test into new channels and expand existing channels at a profitable CAC, ideate and implement new landing pages and A/B tests to improve conversion rate, and spearhead new product improvements to reduce churn and maximize LTV. He or she should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to hold the team accountable toward aggressive growth targets, be able to operate self sufficiently, and not be afraid to ask for the resources needed for success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, develop, and oversee comprehensive paid media strategies to scale new customer acquisition profitably across the portfolio
- Closely monitor conversion rates, retention rates, LTV, and new customer growth across the portfolio
- Plan, develop, and oversee funnel / landing page improvements with our design and engineering team to improve site conversion rates
- Plan, develop, and oversee product improvements with our design and engineering team to improve customer retention / LTV
- Help manage our paid media contractors and partners, designers, and developers to track toward growth goals
- Present, quantify, and advise on performance, progress, action items, and insights to the leadership team
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience and/or excellent skills with paid media channels like Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar platform)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, analysis, modeling)
- Proficiency in marketing funnels and site A/B testing
- Effective time management and self sufficiency in a professional setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
- Embraces and fosters new ideas, opinions, and ideologies
