Groundskeeper/Landscaper (Part-Time)

```Duties```
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- Use power tools and hand tools to mow lawns, trim hedges, prune trees, and remove weeds.
- Irrigate plants and grass to ensure proper hydration.
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems as needed.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy growth and prevent pest infestations.
- Clean outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.
- Remove trash and debris from the grounds.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
