POSITION OVERVIEW
OBM is looking for a passionate Graphic Designer who possesses high creative drive and a knack for problem-solving. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director of Sales Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the design language across our sales and marketing materials, all while adhering to the guardrails of our established brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the ordinary as you establish efficient systems for updating and maintaining a cohesive library of branded materials and assets using Canva and Adobe Suite, among other tools.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual who not only brings a high level of creativity to the table but also possesses the technical and analytical mindset required for this role. You'll be the design maestro behind a diverse array of projects, from crafting compelling sales and marketing materials to designing presentations, decks, one-sheets, promotional items, advertising mockups, stationery, event signage, and various non-standard applications of design thinking. Your success in this position hinges on your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly juggling multiple projects with often tight deadlines. Your creative flair and enthusiasm will be your driving force.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a design language for all sales and marketing materials
- Design and produce presentations, one-sheets and sales decks
- Illustrate custom infographics, iconography and charts for use across materials
- Produce high-quality mockups and retouch high resolution photographs in post-production
- Identify efficiencies across the marketing materials design and development process
- Iterate on and add your creative flair to existing marketing materials and other areas as needed
- Generate solutions that strengthen work deliverables, improve processes, and achieve partner objectives
- Ideate and collaborate with other team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- A portfolio of your design work demonstrating your versatility, strong grasp of graphic design principals and an understanding of current design trends and styles
- A college degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional work experience in a graphic design role
- Very strong level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Canva is highly preferable
- Experience in sales-marketing or marketing material development is a plus
- Web and motion graphics design skills are a plus

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience.
