HYBRID - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
SCOPE:
The Graphic Designer collaborates with the creative team to execute a variety of marketing and communications projects, both for client and for internal use. The role relies on the ability to visually communicate the brand across all projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize, design, and refine company and client creative projects including brand and corporate identity, packaging, marketing collateral, websites, landing pages, digital ads, social media, sales presentations, and marketing support tools.
- Work with team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet the needs of the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design consistency across all channels.
- Gain an intimate knowledge of company’s full range of services.
- Support all marketing and communications activities.
- Desire to produce exceptional and thoughtful design work.
- Ability to get results through proven creativity, technical skill, relentless organization, uncompromising integrity, effective communication, and keen eye for visual detail.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong drive to exceed creative and timeline expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
· 1-3 years of graphic design experience.
· Website experience: Wix, WordPress, and/or SquareSpace
· Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects
· Experience with adobe (illustrator & photoshop)
· Accuracy and attention to detail, can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
· Self-development skills to keep-up to date with fast-changing trends
· Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful project outcomes.
Preferred
· Financial service/ insurance experience
