We’ve got an opportunity for you: we are in search of a Graphic & Digital Designer who is always up for a challenge.

As our Graphic & Digital Designer, you will be a critical player on the team working to grow Brightwing’s brand and reach. You’ll also work on the visual branding for the family of companies under the same ownership group, where you’ll help define and launch new products and brands.

You’ll use your design expertise to create and maintain websites, videos, social graphics, email campaigns, and print collateral for a variety of companies in different industries.

What You’ll Do
As Graphic & Digital Designer, you will:

· Collaborate with Marketing Team to create and maintain a consistent brand look and feel for various companies

· Design, build, populate and maintain a variety of websites and landing pages using WordPress, HTML & CSS

· Design digital marketing material, including: newsletters, eBooks, presentations, infographics and social graphics

· Design printed marketing material, including: product labels, catalogs, business cards, stationary, flyers, trade show handouts, banner displays, posters and signage. Print items in house or work with local printers.

· Record and edit marketing videos including employee interviews

· Create motion graphics and logo animations for various platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Graphic and web design experience
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects applications
• HTML/CSS and WordPress
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic instinct, coupled with ability to adapt easily to different brand guidelines and relevant styles.
• Ability to work independently and be coached
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field preferred. When no degree is present, equivalent experience is required
