Post-Award Activities
Update relevant division records, reports, and departmental databases as needed following established division procedures. Assists in the correct and timely salary allocation on all assigned grants. Creates, compiles, and maintains personnel and salary spreadsheets for designated grants. Processes personnel action items via ePAFs.
Process non-personnel expense transfers. Complete monthly personnel trending reporting.
Report Preparation
Creates, compiles and maintains personnel and salary spreadsheets for designated grants. Assists in maintaining a database that will provide up-to-date financial information about all departmental grant funding. Assemble data from special financial statements and other reports. Assists in the preparation of monthly free balance reports, annual financial reports and other special reports, as required by department/division/institutional leadership and per PI/faculty request.
Dissemination of Accounting/Financial Reporting
Organizes and disseminates DoIM research financial reporting for sharing throughout the Division, includes creating appropriate structure and folders for reports, cataloging reports, disseminating completed reports internally and throughout the division, communicating with DoIM finance staff.
Clinical Trial Reporting
Assist with preparing departmental clinical trial activity workbooks to track monthly clinical trial invoices and patient accrual. Assists with providing reporting and analysis via the monthly clinical trial invoices. Complete monthly clinical trial invoice reconciliation to ensure proper allocation to all departments under the DoIM research shared service team. Submit clinical trial invoicing.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree.
EDUCATION: Three years of extensive administrative experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one year basis. With preferred degree, one year of experience required.
