Job Description:

This role will serve as a liaison between the Neff COBI and prospects, applicants and admitted students in all Graduate Programs in Neff COBI (i.e., MBA, MABA, MSA, pipeline and dual/joint degree programs). They will work with different group of prospects, applicants and admitted student including domestic (direct from undergraduate and working professionals) and international students. Their efforts will focus on all aspects related to the enrollment funnel management, application processing and admissions. This person is expected to enact a strong and supportive foundation for prospective students and applicants by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information throughout the funnel and admission cycle. This role is of critical importance, as it will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, and this individual will be expected to usher prospects through the application and admission process. The position will create and execute a lead nurturing process that yields increased applications and enrollments. They will coordinate and manage Graduate Programs admission events; inform prospects of admission criteria and eligibility, guide applicants through the application and admission process; coordinate on-campus and virtual Graduate Programs admission. Liaison with Neff COBI and UToledo offices and other colleges (e.g., Undergraduate Advising, BCP, alumni association, Graduate Admissions office, UToledo Marketing and Communications) and Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research to coordinate enrollment funnel management efforts for all Neff COBI Graduate Programs.
Enrollment/Admissions Management
Directly manage seamless and flawless processing of inquiries and applications workflow in Slate for all Graduate Programs at Neff COBI
Leverages Slate to manage inquires and applications using data to track prospect/inquiry progress through the enrollment funnel for each academic term.
Reviews qualifying data and runs queries as needed to make decisions on moving graduate students through the enrollment funnel.
Evaluate and respond in timely manner to inquiries and applicants regarding programs of interest, admission requirements, and the admissions process.
Provide accurate degree information to prospective students on program eligibility, the admissions application process, deadlines, and requirements.
Proactively track and communicate the status of incomplete program application materials with candidates and audit pending files for missing documents.
Proactively guides newly admitted students' onboarding activities including acceptance of admission offers, providing referrals to GPO academic programs advisors for first-time advising and registration, financial aid, billing, and student services. Research and resolve newly admitted student issues, respond directly to new students, and refer matters as appropriate to other GPO staff and UToledo service offices.
Assessment & Evaluation
Collect and analyze graduate admissions and graduate enrollment data using available UToledo systems and provide systematic reports to the Dean, Associate Dean and GPO staff.
Identify trends to refine and improve graduate enrollment strategy and funnel management tactics.
Utilize data and performance indicators to make improvements; and execute appropriate strategies to maximize lead generation and yield.
Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of enrollment management and marketing efforts.
Enrollment Events
Serve as a representative of Neff COBI Graduate Programs on and off campus (virtual and in-person) enrollment-related events.
Collaborate with GPO staff and Graduate Enrollment operations to achieve a seamless transition for matriculated students, including accurate and timely student record creation and handoff to program academic advisors.
Work with the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research and Graduate Programs staff to develop orientation activities and graduate student engagement initiatives that support student success and retention.
Communications Flow
Under the direction of the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research and in collaboration with GPO staff, develop and implement a comprehensive communications outreach plans for assigned Graduate Programs targeting prospective student populations from inquiry through matriculation with an emphasis on increasing the conversion rate of inquiries to enrolled students.
Review and update content on Graduate Programs Office and other online resource platforms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance of information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience
Public speaking ability.
Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical, organization and prioritization, project management, listening, customer service, presentation, interpersonal, networking and public relations skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for large group presentations, one-on-one phone interaction, in-person, and electronic communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Is a team player who brings out the best in others.
Is highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and demonstrate eagerness to learn new things while maintaining a positive and flexible demeanor.
