We are looking for a Replenishment Planner to support operational replenishment flows and Stock deployment process improvements from United States.
This position will report to the Worldwide Stock Deployment Manager within Supply & Demand Management.

What will be your main missions at bioMérieux?
Manage stock availability of International Distribution Center in France delivered from US to reach On Time In Full targets in respect of the scrap objectives. Lead continuous improvements projects in collaboration with the internal/external departments to optimize our processes, inventory and costs. Be a key player for Global Supply Chain projects for SCORE and Supply and Demand Initiatives, as the intercompany stock deployment lead. Manage crisis if needed Contribute to build and maintain the service level agreement of your scope with the concerned subsidiaries, and Inventory Managers, including for launch and discontinuation of products Ensure the consistency of IDC FR and subsidiaries planning data in the different Information Systems Build and optimize the stock deployment plan (transportation mode, replenishment frequency...) Execute the replenishment plan (interfacing with the transport department, International Sales Administration Team in US, IDC France stakeholders, US based inventory Managers) in compliance with internal procedures and international regulations Lead the appropriate governance (i.e. Short Interval Meetings,Supply Review, project team meetings...)Who are you ?
Bachelor's Degree required 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory management and logistic flow management. International experience is required Ability to communicate in an multicultural environment with enthusiasm / cross functional experience Experienced in Project Management Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan ahead Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action. Knowledge of internal company process and strong interpersonal network.
