Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
We've built a new care model for elderly patients. Our company is a fast-growing startup backed by some of the best investment companies in the world. We're currently adding to our San Diego team. We provide onsite medical care and are looking for a Medical Director that will influence and fuel our growth in the San Diego market.
We believe in holistic treatment and spend a lot of time getting to know our patients, their families, and their medical history.
Join us because you want to change the way health care is delivered. We are no longer promoting sick care, we want to change the way medication is analyzed, and how the treatment is given. We listen to all of our primary care providers and make sure that we modify our treatments to the changing needs of our client base.
This job is first and foremost leadership on a few levels. You'll be leading a team of frontline Primary Care Providers supporting over 30 different clinics.
You'll be at the front lines of hiring for our PCP's, including NP's and PA's.
You'll be part of our clinical operations team formulating the playbook for all future PCP's and our growth beyond CA!
You'll have an entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable starting in a nebulous environment and building SOP’s with help from our founding team.
We’re looking for a candidate that is also comfortable interacting with the community and building relationships with our clinical partners.
