Candidate must have the ability to follow directions. The job requires that you work on your hands and knees most of the time. It also requires you to be able to lift up to 125 lbs. The job at times is outside so it would require that you have some tolerance to the heat. We do work with some chemicals to strip floors and seal.
An individual that applies for this job must be punctual. We start early in the morning and work most weeks Mon-Fri. We do on occasion work weekends which you would be given advance notice. Transportation to the office is necessary. We transport you to the job(s). An Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record would be nice, put not a requirement. Office is close to a bus line located in the Deer Valley 85027 area.
We are a well established floor refinishing company (40 years plus). We strip and seal hard surface floors. We work primarily in residential houses.

Flagstone / Slate – interior cleaning, staining and sealing; exterior cleaning and sealing. Exterior sealing is optional, but it should be cleaned properly after construction.
Saltillo and other Mexican Tile – cleaning, staining, and sealing.
Cantera Stone – cleaning, staining and sealing.
Limestone/Travertine – cleaning and sealing. We also polish these surfaces to a high luster if so desired
Natural Stone or Ceramic - clean and seal all surfaces.
Colored or Gray Concrete – cleaning, staining and sealing. Several methods to choose from.
Exposed Aggregate – cleaning driveways and walkways.
Brick / Pavers – cleaning, staining and sealing.
Marble – cleaning, sealing and polishing.
Fireplaces – Hearths and Mantels - custom staining and sealing.
Countertops - honing, polishing, removal of etches, sealing and enhancing
Any other surfaces that may come up in the natural stone or ceramic areas, plus specialty stone, masonry, pre-cast wall and horizontal surfaces.
