Full Time Front Office Receptionist

Are you an experienced receptionist and great with sales?

We have a busy and dynamic massage therapy office in the area of Newark/Wilmington and are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, responsible, and detail-oriented receptionist.

Our office provides massage therapy for patients on referrals from physicians and also clients who have joined one of our massage membership programs. A background in medical office functions is preferred or at least one year of office reception.

Service Duties:

• Scheduling of appointments efficiently to optimize each therapist’s availability,
• Answering a multi line phone system.
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner,
• Keep accurate, organized and timely records,
• Communicate with insurers to verify insurance benefits,
• Manage massage therapists schedules,
• Data entry,
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing documents,
• Selling of memberships and explaining our membership products to each new client,
• Promotion of products and selling of our current promotions to clients,
• Daily appointment confirmation calls,
• Medium office cleaning, straightening,
• Maintain traffic control within the office.

Retail Duties:

• Recognize retail sale opportunities and complete sales.
• Close retail sales according to therapists’ recommendations.
• Keep retail area clean and stocked at all times.
• Learn product details for all services and retail products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
