Front End Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area, including checkout lanes and displays.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and educate customers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and meet sales goals.
- Assist customers with jewelry sales, including providing information on different pieces and helping with fittings.

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly Front End area.
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
- Proficiency in retail math to accurately handle financial transactions.
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Knowledge of product demos to effectively showcase merchandise to customers.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with jewelry sales, including knowledge of different types of jewelry and fittings.
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
