We are an established and growing restoration general contractor that specializes in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after a flood, fire, or other natural disaster. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for managing the front end of the office, answering phone and greeting visitors. The general responsibilities of the role will include light administrative duties, placing collections calls, managing inventory, and scheduling. This role serves as the interface between the company and its customers and clients.

- Prior experience in construction industry in similar role strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
