Mon-Fri
9AM - 5PM
Office Experience in healthcare: 1 year or more (Preferred)
Bilingual (Preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage employee and patient files, organizing documents and updating paperwork.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish stock as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and job interviews.
- Assist with on boarding new employees and patients.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in patient and employee relations.
- Answering and Direct incoming and outgoing calls, taking and distributing messages.
- Request and submit authorizations.
- Checking emails.
- Facilitating communications within the office and fielding interactions with others.
