Bright Eyes Vision is looking for a full-time front desk coordinator/receptionist to join our busy, growing private practice! We focus on the customer experience and believe that the best way to do this is to provide a supportive and encouraging work environment for our team to thrive!

We are looking for a detailed-oriented person with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys working with people. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients with a smile and checking them in
- Answering phone calls and making appointments
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Knowledge of various insurance plans
- Creating fee slips and checking out patients
- Taking and relaying messages to doctors and technicians
- Making referral appointments as needed
- Scanning documents
Experience required:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Optometry/Ophthalmology experience preferred, but not required
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been in retail or any customer service field - we are happy to train you to excel in this field!
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
