ABOUT THE O’GARA GROUP:
O’Gara Training and Services division is focused on training to enhance personal survivability, provide tactical security training for law enforcement, security, homeland security, and counter terrorism professionals and technical risk mitigation, survivability and security service solutions in complex international environments.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure guest satisfaction through check-in,/check-out process
- Attentive coordination of guest services
- Provide support to students, instructors, interpreters, lead escorts and other staff
- Strive to be pleasant, professional and efficient
- Maintain a professional behavior at all times
- Maintain the Center to ensure guest safety and security
- Respond promptly to guest and fellow employee requests
- Accommodate special requests
- Light cleaning to ensure public areas are clean
- Resolve guest inquiries and problems efficiently and courteously
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- Respond to all emergency situations throughout shift
- Flexible work schedule
- Follow all company, safety, security policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and ensure confidentiality and security of the room and protect company assets
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- All other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma/GED required
BASIC SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Must have strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to handle multiple assignments under extreme time constraints and high stress conditions
- Must be alert and able to respond to emergency situations throughout their shift
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs and deadlines
- Ability to lift, pull or carry items weighing approximately 25 pounds
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Investigation
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and in austere environments day or night with limited support
