Cleaning, cutting, slicing, and filleting fish and stocking seafood supplies.
Receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price, and attractively merchandise seafood department products.
Prepare fish for kitchen.
Other duties include helping kitchen staff stock and rotate fish to be cooked, and filtering/cleaning fryers.
