Aunt Emmas is looking to hire Foodrunners/ Hostess for both of there locations interviews are all healed in the Chula vista location. The requirements needed to apply for the foodrunner/ Host positions are to be a responsible and communicative. The work environment is a very fast paced. You will be expected to be to perform under the fast-paced pressure. With communication and accurate presentation.
FOODRUNNER POSITION
1.Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
2.Uphold sanitation and food safety principles keep your area clean and on top of the server refrigerator as well restock your bread
3.Packing the to-go orders accurately checking if the orders come with a beverage and including it in the to gos when the orders are ready taking them to the front either giving it to the cashier or turning in to the customer or the delivery person
4.Placing to-go orders if it is over the phone or on the tablets include if the customer will need utensils or condiments or have special request
5. communicate accurately with the kitchen staff as well as the front of the house staff mark your tickets visibly to see what has gone out to the table and what is missing to take out to the table. Keep your ticket line up clean legible and organized by times. Including the food personation taken out to the customers.
6. know whats going on at all times in your workstation it is important that you are constantly communicating with the kitchen staff about the time preparation of the food so you can answer any questions the front of the house staff may have including management
7.saving error tickets to turn in to management at the end of your shift.

HOSTESS POSITION
- Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
- helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
- Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
- Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- Answering phones and placing To-orders over the phone and tablets
- Helping the severs with drinks and helping the busser pick up plates and cleaning tables
