To greater meet the needs of our individual and corporate clients, Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time family or internal medicine physician at our Employer Based Health & Wellness Center in Kokomo, IN. This position would focus on optimizing patients’ overall health by assessing their current health risks and providing disease prevention, education and detection. The duties will also include medical care with disease management, working with a team of providers to deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building as well as also offering same day appointments for acute illness.

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo in Kokomo, IN, provides a range of healthcare services and resources to residents of Howard County that are typically only found in larger metropolitan areas. General surgical inpatient and outpatient laparoscopic procedures, as well as minimally invasive procedures (such as biopsies and myelograms) are provided at our hospital. Our emergency care team is available 24-7 and is part of the Ascension St. Vincent Indiana Heart Attack Network. Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo provides personalized maternity services with experienced OB-GYNs, prenatal care nurse educators and a team to make the birth of your child as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our Joint Success Program is an example of our tailored approach to orthopedic surgery and recovery.
Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo hospital has a full team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists.
