Floor Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors before stripping, buffing or waxing
- Striping, buffing, and waxing of flooring surfaces
- Machine clean carpets
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Follow workplace safety standards
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Have a good driving record (have to be able to be covered under company car insurance)
- Physical stamina
- Attention to detail
