We have an exciting new opportunity for professional Caregivers and CNAs like you! Your primary responsibility as Senior Solutions Lead Caregiver would be to fill-in at various client homes on an as needed basis to provide non-medical care to clients with a variety of personal care, home care, and attendant care needs to ensure client visits are conducted as scheduled. You would report to the local Zone Operations Manager who will assign you to open shifts with no less than 24 hours notice and within a 45 mile radius of the local branch office.
Compensation
Due to the increase in our client hours and demand for our home care services, we are offering a guaranteed total of $250 per week for the first 30 days of employment, which is a total of a minimum of $1,000, even if the supervisor does not have open hours within your coverage area. You also have the ability to earn more on a weekly basis if you are scheduled more than 18 hours per week. Hours worked will fluctuate based on open shifts and client needs.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience - required
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Ability to complete initial and ongoing training
- Ability to safely operate a hoyer lift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
- Possess a smartphone for

- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a flexible hourly basis including days, nights, weekends, and split shifts
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per state and company standard
