Join our Team at Kalos Services as a Fleet Coordinator! We are looking for an experienced professional to be a key part of our team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance related issues while also ensuring compliance with auto insurance policies and federal and state regulations. You will be responsible for managing incoming maintenance requests for the entire fleet significantly contributing to cost savings for the company. Success in this role requires exceptional multi-tasking, problem solving, professional communication via phone and email, critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm
Requirements:- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Scheduling and coordinating all maintenance for entire fleet 120 + vehicle
- Partnering with safety director for coordinating driver training before employees take ownership of vehicles
- Asset tracking including trailers, vehicles, other expensive equipment as requested
- Ensuring we are in compliance with our commercial auto insurance and in compliance with our commercial auto insurance policies as well as federal and state laws
-Verify individuals personal auto insurance policies
-Handing all dmv related issues, maintaining all the documentation including titles, etc.
-Partnering with our in house mechanic to coordinate service items
-Monitoring and ensuring all vehicles have the correct inward and outward facing cameras installed and working properly along with GPS systems (integrated in camera system)
-Managing our fuel card program and usage
-Partnering with procurement and management in acquiring new vehicles when necessary
-Partnering with warehouse and logistics managers, safety director and procurement managers and maintenance technician
Additional Requirements:
- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Clean driving record and ability to travel 10% throughout the year when needed
- Results-oriented leader with a high level of self-motivation.
- Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel and other Internet applications and related software.
- Must be enthusiastic, creative, and able to think both strategically and tactically independently
- Ability to multi task and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects for a fleet of over 120 vehicles
- experience is preferred but not required
