Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Procurement Agent Manager (Level K) to join our Supply Chain Sourcing team in Everett, Washington!

This sourcing leader will be responsible for a team of procurement agents performing project management and strategic sourcing decisions for detailed parts and assemblies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative and diverse team that drives business planning, supplier selection, and stakeholder integration across the BCA supply chain. The team is committed to building on best practices and is looking for a leader that is passionate about continuous improvement and driving team engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, development of bid packages, proposal analysis, and development of contracts.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Contracts & Pricing and/or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations
  • 3+ years of experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience in project management including interfacing with suppliers, partnerships, and/or customers

Summary pay range: $127,880 - $139,000
