Utilizing best-in-class resources and technology, you will roll up your sleeves and work in collaboration with the firm’s founder. As a key part of the team, you will help manage the business as well as tackle complex financial, estate, and tax planning situations and deliver an experience to clients that is second to none.
In your role as a Financial Advisor, you can expect to:
- Work alongside the firm’s founder and principal advisor to adopt the firm’s philosophies, strategies, values, and standards for your own clients
- Collaborate with the team to master the processes and systems that underlie the firm’s value proposition
- Take on duties in managing the business alongside the founder.
- Embrace business development opportunities that arise
- Share your ideas and perspectives on the business and the industry
- Discover new or updated tools and resources to keep the firm on the cutting edge
- Ensure a consistent experience for all clients of the firm through:
- Producing client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
- Continuously maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc.
- Responding to client service needs throughout the year
- Staying current on trends within the financial planning and investment arena
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFP® designation
- Series 7, 63, 65; life insurance licenses a plus
- Minimum of five years of experience as an Advisor
- $15MM-20MM AUM over no more than 50 households
- Willingness to join Commonwealth Financial Network as your broker/dealer
- Strong computer desktop skills: Microsoft Office Suite, MoneyGuidePro, Riskalyze, Holistiplan
- Demonstrated job stability and commitment to career progression
