Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for selling used car buyers financing and insurance programs. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Process financing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the used vehicle finance and insurance.
• Create and maintain relationships with the sales department that will ensure sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance programs and the benefits of financing and extended service programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive financing strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in ADP/CDK
• AFIP Certification preferred,
• A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
• All employees in this position must pass a written driving test administered by Off Lease Only.
