We are now actively trying to collaborate with and empowering fashion influencers (many of them already started their own boutique stores online or physically).

This role is based out of our headquarters in Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the creative concepting, color direction, and overall designs for each season with a clear point of view
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Development to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
• Create tech packs and effectively communicate the product vision to the development team through detailed design handoffs
• Manage day to day approvals as needed
• Manage timelines and calendar dates to ensure key milestone dates are met
• Interpret market trends, customer data, and feedback from internal short video teams into new, brand appropriate product ideas
• Travel to vegas fabric shows and production vendor as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing women’s apparel across multiple categories
• Proficient at Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, garment sketching
• Highly creative with keen understanding of the women fashion market
• Deadline driven and obsessed with the details
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners in a fast paced environment
• Self-Starter mentality with ability to start and complete tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Understanding of the boutique owners needs

Pay: $56,994.00 - $120,000.00 per year
