Position Overview

• Welcome new grads, 2024+
• 10 primary care locations
• Three locations in a rural setting with high need
• Flexible schedule, option of extended morning or evening hours
• 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
• 24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
• Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership
• Strong, collegial subspecialty support
• EMR: Cerner

Compensation

• $250k-$350k+, base salary plus production bonus
• MGMA 65th percentile for compensation
• Student Loan Assistance, Signing Bonus, Relocation, CME
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
