Salary: $17.24- $18.37
Position Overview

Work Location: Ontario County
Schedule: M-F 30 hours/wk with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of maintenance services on a routine and as‑needed basis including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and mechanical services. Completes work orders promptly, based on the urgency of the need.
- Meets regularly with the Facilities Manager to review work needs and schedule repairs.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Related experience preferred.
- On-the-job training offered.
- High school diploma or equivalent to journeyman level and over three (3) years experience in general maintenance, building trades, or custodial services or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Must meet 19‑A driving certification requirements and possess a clean driving record.
