Facilities Engineer - Now Hiring

SUMMARY:
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for maintaining and providing essential engineering support, repair and upkeep of the Fremont Street Experience property. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Mall Operations with facility projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from senior management, vendors, guests, customers and other employees of the company and the general public.
• Ability to exercise good logical judgment in problem solving and decision making.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

• Minimum of five years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and heavy equipment systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.

• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to perform the duties of this job in outside weather conditions including but not limited to cold weather and very hot weather.
• Must be able to endure working near moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Must be able to endure moderate noise levels in work area.
