Responsibilities

• 
  
  1. Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders.
  2. Quality Assurance: Inspect food presentation as the last quality check between the kitchen and the guest, particularly fried chicken sandwiches
  3. Effective Communication: Serve as a liaison between kitchen and guests, handling special requests and dietary needs.
  4. Streamline Service: Organize/package or plate items to strict specifications
  5. Inventory Oversight: Monitor supplies and ingredients, ensuring availability and freshness.
  6. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the expediting area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  7. Team Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff for smooth operation.
  8. Delivery Platform Communication: Support service to drivers
  9. Feedback Implementation: Utilize customer and staff feedback to improve the service process.
  10. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
