Job Duties:
· Conduct sales presentations
· Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
· Follow-up with customers on previous leads to offer any additional information the customers may need to close the deal
· Become an expert in your market area, understand the customer’s needs and add value
· Establish new accounts for the company as well as build relationships with our current clients
· Convert opportunities found in the field into sales in our service
· Coordinate with our service/install teams as well as follow up when work is complete
· Work and coordinate with our dispatch team
· Provide excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be deadline and detail-oriented
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
· Strong verbal and written communications
· Good presentation and public speaking skills
