Experienced Closing Processor

Madison Settlement Services is a dynamic and growing title insurance company. We are currently seeking a full-time, skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Closing Processor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Open new orders, including taxes and separate searches
Confirm vesting is consistent with general tab and confirm signers with client
Request/Prepare Deeds, POAs, Trust Certs, Affidavits and handle pre-closing signings
Obtain legal documents (ie. Trust, Divorce Decree) for vesting/signer issues and send to Title Examination Department for review
Prepares commitments, CPLs, tax certs, etc and sends them to the client/lender
Prepares title docs, including affidavits and additional documents prepared at closing
Handles loan revisions and update requests
Organized by either team based on client volumes and by task (ie subordinations, UCCs, NOCs, judgments)

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Previous title processing experience required (1-3 years)

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
