SalaryDetails - Client HUSBAND - The husband is in his 80s, approx 230 lbs and 6' tall. Weaker on left side, difficulty transferring and walking. Uses bedside commode, wheelchair, and urinal. He has sundowners dementia, prior strokes, heavy assist, fall risk. They have a private caregiver during the week most hours, so most daytime hours will have assist of 2 people. Wife is ambulatory, but needs help with ADLs. CNA preferred, must be able to use proper body mechanics/handle client weight. Has 24/7 caregiver except on the days and times we need to fill - looking for one caregiver to complete ALL of the following shifts every week -
Tuesdays - start time between 8-8:30am until end of shift at 4pm (exisiting 2nd caregiver arrives at 10am)
Thursdays - start time between 8-8:30am until end of shift at 4pm (exisiting 2nd caregiver arrives at 10am)
One Overnight shift 8 pm until 8-10 am the following morning per week (to relieve night caregiver, we are flexible on which night it is, may alternate day each week if needed, weekend or weekday is also ok) - shift is by yourself
